The Terms

The monthly data + tooling fee is invoiced on the engagement start date and recurs monthly. Revenue share is invoiced separately as deals close: you notify KYC Strategies within a few business days of any closed-won deal sourced from our meetings, with supporting documentation on request. Acceptance into the revenue-share model is at KYC Strategies' discretion and may be withdrawn if your ICP, offer, or messaging materially change during the engagement.
