“Know Your Customer, Generate More Revenue!”
Every recorded conversation becomes structured data. Roughly thirty pages per campaign, ending in a score and a verdict: scale it, refine it, or rebuild it.
Activity metrics describe effort. They cannot tell you what to change on Monday.
Four steps, run on every recorded call in the campaign.
Every recorded conversation, not a sample. Sampling is how you miss the pattern that only shows up in the tail.
Rep and prospect are split apart, so what the buyer said is never confused with what we said to them.
Each conversation is tagged against a defined taxonomy: the same categories, applied the same way, on every call.
An algorithmic model reads the structured result, computes every figure and returns a verdict on the market.
Fixed categories are what make the output countable and comparable across campaigns. The language model helps read the call. Every number comes from the structure underneath.
Four weighted signals produce one score, and the score says what to do next.
Below 40. The market is not there.
40 to 64. Fixable, and worth fixing.
65 and above. Put more hours behind it.
The segment converts, the angle is proven and the titles are reachable. Hours move here.
The market is right but something upstream is wrong. Usually the list, the title or the opening premise.
The buyers are not reachable by phone, the timing is wrong, or the fit is not there.
Each is computed from this campaign only, carries its own weight, and is measured against a stated bar. Conversion is scored against our 20% conversation-to-meeting standard.
Around twenty-eight sections. Four of them, in the shape they take on the page.
Each section answers one question, with the calls behind it.
Not analysis. Names, accounts and next steps, taken from the recordings.
Every person and department named by a prospect as the one who actually owns this, who named them, and how many times they came up.
Each decision maker, champion and coach found, with their title, their account and the line they said that put them in that category.
Which function the market says owns this decision, counted across the campaign rather than assumed from an org chart.
What to target, what to drop, and what the score is expected to move to if you do.
Those hours move to a segment that works. We would rather keep a client for years than bill for a quarter of calling into a wall.
A methodology section ships with every campaign, so you can check the work.
Quotes are checked back against the transcript, and against the prospect side of it where the recording supports that. Anything unmatched is excluded.
A theme mentioned three times in one conversation counts once. Every percentage carries the denominator it was calculated against.
Connects and call outcomes come from the dialer. Meetings and callbacks are counted from the next step agreed on the recording, so each one can be checked.
All arithmetic runs in code, and every written figure is checked against the computed value before the document is produced.
A referral points onward. A coach has no authority but moves it along. A champion advocates inside the account. A decision maker has the authority. If nothing they said established a part, we record that too.
Each report becomes the brief for the next campaign. That is why the categories never change.
The title families, headcount bands and revenue bands that produced held meetings get weighted up. The ones that never did get cut.
Then we test a new challenger against it. If the premise was rejected by the right people, the premise gets rewritten.
The objections your market actually raises are on screen, ranked, with the responses that recovered the call.
Calling hours move toward segments that scored to scale and away from the ones that scored to rebuild.
Each is scored the same way, so the comparison between them is real. That is how a client decides where the next quarter of budget goes.
